A realistic French map set in the countryside near Angers in Maine-et-Loire, officially converted from the FS22 version to Farming Simulator 25. The terrain includes multi-angle support and is ready for Precision Farming.

The map offers extensive livestock and production infrastructure: two cow barns, a pig barn, two sheepfolds, a horse stud, a CUMA cooperative and a biogas plant (BGA). Production chains include a cheese factory, sawmill, fabric mill, greenhouses and a sugar factory. Agriculture is built around 155 fields, all purchasable and functional in missions, plus five or six woodland plots for forestry work and a separate buyable area containing two small wood plots for custom development. The dealership features working garage doors and bridges for a more immersive roleplay experience.

The map adds 17 new crops: vetch rye, silage maize, triticale, spelt, rye, green rye, field grass, mustard, flowering cover crop, alfalfa, clover, summer and winter wheat, summer and winter barley, compost and raw compost. Textures of base-game crops have been reworked, and animal feed recipes have been updated to incorporate the new crops.

Version 1.0.0.1 makes the manure storage area operational on the main farm, reduces milk production for Holstein and Swiss Brown cows from 27 to 20 months, removes the flood pond at the main farm's outlet, and makes many buildings, fences and farmhouses available for sale.
