This map for Farming Simulator 25 recreates the atmosphere of Tuscany, drawing inspiration from the area around the medieval town of Monteriggioni with its rolling hills, cypress-lined roads and historic stone walls. It is not a 1:1 recreation — some areas are reproduced faithfully while others are fictional. To reflect the typical Tuscan landscape, most fields start planted with grain and grass in a new game, but any crop can be grown on your own land.

The map offers 129 purchasable plots: 8 farms (partially removable, some including a small oil press or a farm dairy), 78 fields ranging from 0.5 to 7 ha, 15 meadows, 10 forests, 6 empty plots, 5 olive groves and 7 vineyards.

Multifruit support adds Spelt, Triticale, Rye, Grain maize, Green rye, Vetch rye, Field grass, Silage maize, a Humus activator and Mustard as a cover crop. Cypress trees are available in the construction menu, terrain and soil angles are increased for more natural field shapes, and the environment data (snow, rain, temperatures, sunshine hours) is customized to the region.

Greenhouses, productions and animal barns are all customized: horses and sheep/goats produce manure, and the building menu includes a second cowshed variant without an integrated manure heap, which must be placed manually. The biogas plant is priced higher and some of its buildings can be sold.

For working olives, crates can be unloaded at the oil mill, the small oil mill and the Consorzio Agrario silos, ensuring compatibility with the Olive Harvest Trailer mod. Chickens can additionally be fed triticale, rye and spelt, and pigs triticale and spelt.
