Animals must be bought and sold at the dealer with a trailer, no magical barn deliveries. Manual carry limit about 50 kg, no more lifting logs like a superhero. Selling land returns only 50 percent of its purchase price, prevents unrealistic flip farming. Vehicles with 100 percent damage will not start, tow them to the workshop like in real life. Note: the base game does not support transporting chickens. You will need a trailer mod that allows bird transport.
