This gameplay mod for Farming Simulator 25 gives you direct control over vehicle leasing through an ON/OFF switch built into the game settings. Instead of editing configuration files or restarting the session, you can enable or disable leasing at any moment without leaving the game — useful for self-imposed challenges or for server rules where players must buy machinery outright.

The setting is stored individually for each save file, so different farms can run with different rules simultaneously. After loading a save, the last chosen state is automatically restored, and when you switch leasing back on, default game behaviour returns without leftovers from the locked state. Disabling the option also effectively locks leasing, so vehicles can only be purchased with full payment.

The current version (2.0.0.0) introduced the in-game settings switch, per-save persistence and automatic restoration after restart, alongside an updated icon and a rebuilt codebase. The mod is lightweight (about 96 KB), works on PC and Mac, and requires no additional configuration — just activate it in the mod hub and toggle the option from the settings menu whenever needed.
